Powder Coating

Raw sheet metal stock is covered with the tough, long-lasting finish known as Powder Coating. Pigment particles, without any solvents, are electrostatically charged and then sprayed on to the electrically grounded metal surface. Then a curing oven is used to melt and fuse the particles into a solid, durable coating. This process strengthens the finished product by making it extremely resistant to cracking, peeling, abrasion, corrosion and chemical damage.
